1. When do I receive payment for finance contracts?

Once we receive the faxed contract at the Customer Care Center, UEI will process it for payment immediately. Funds will be deposited directly into your bank account electronically within 72 hours.

2. What incentive programs do you offer retailers?

UEI's dedicated Account Management Team will work with you to create customized incentive programs.

3. Does UEI Financial finance products directly to the customer?

UEI Financial does not circumvent its dealers and offer financing directly to customers wishing to finance purchased products. All products financed through UEI Financial must be purchased through a UEI Financial Approved Dealer.

4. Do you provide financing in the United States?

UEI Financial is a Canadian company. At this time we are concentrating on our home market.
