Rental

What's included in my monthly rental?
You will get a brand new energy-efficient furnace, air conditioner (with a new thermostat!) or water heater, along with free standard installation. We also provide free 24/7 onsite service support for all our rental equipment. We cover ALL parts and labour costs for repairs as a result of normal usage. We'll even completely replace the equipment if it can't be repaired.
My Water Heater/Furnace/Air Conditioner is only a few years old. Why should I rent?
Depending upon how old and efficient the existing furnace, water heater or air conditioner is, we can either replace the equipment entirely as part of a new rental program, or buy your equipment and rent it back to you. Either way you'll save money by never having to pay for cleaning, maintenance or repairs again.
How do I sign up for the rental program?
Simply call 1-866-735-4262 and one our agents will be happy to assist you in getting setup with a rental program that meets your home comfort needs.
I am already a customer and I have billing questions about my rental equipment?
Please call our Customer Service line at 1-866-735-4262 and one of our agents will be happy to assist with any billing questions you may have.
I currently rent from Reliance and I have agents knocking on my door offering upgrades and they want remove my old equipment?
You should not allow anyone to remove your rental equipment without consent from Reliance. Please call us at 1-866-735-4262 if you have concerns about your equipment and we will help you with your current needs.

What home comfort equipment can I finance?
We finance all home comfort equipment including Air conditioners, Furnaces, Fireplaces, Boilers, Water Heaters, Air Quality and water treatment equipment so you can get the comfort of getting affordable monthly payment plans with all the home comfort you need.
What is required for Approval of Financing Deals?
Our approval process is fast and easy, we will require some basic customer information to do an applicant credit check and we require validation of home ownership for the property where equipment will be installed. You can be approved within seconds. We also welcome co-applicants residing at the same address.
How long does it take to setup financing?
Credit Approvals are done in seconds and financing can be setup within 24 hours of reviewing completed paperwork. Equipment installations can be done immediately after financing contract has been setup.
What are my options to buyout the equipment financed?
You can buyout the equipment at any time during your contract. Simply call us at 1-888-737-3674 and we will advise you of the buyout pricing.
Can I rent some equipment and finance some equipment?
Yes, you can rent and finance your home comfort equipment to suit your needs. Please contact your local UEI Financial dealer partner or call us directly to find out about the bundling options.
I have a finance contract with UEI and I have a billing/account inquiry.
